Pay with a selfie?

Mastercard have shaken up the financial world: no more passwords, no more pins, just selfies? Yep, that's right, you can now make a financial transaction using nothing but your beautfiul face. For online transactions, Mastercard will no longer require any form of password verification, and you will be able to purchase items using a facial recognition system.

For all you sceptics out there, there will be significant security barriers to avoid fraudulent activity, such as the obligation to blink during the verification to ensure someone isn't simply using a photo of you to steal your money. Once you're set up on Identity Check Mobile, you'll be good to go.

Pretty cool really, but also slightly terrifying.
