Wildlife Conservation Film Festival

With the Wildlife Conservation Film Festival taking place this week in New York, preventing species from becoming endangered is on everyone's lips. And, in the build-up to the festival, DDB New York produced an incredible piece of work to promote both the festival and the message it is trying to spread.

The stop-start animation is visually, hugely impressive, featuring four main characters: a rhino, a bird, a whale and a baby seal; all of whom come together to sing a new version of the song I Dreamed a Dream. In what is a truly moving and shocking short film, DDB successfully force viewers to comprehend the severe effect our comfortable lives can have on our environment and on the animals that live there.

With this film festival gaining traction every year, all those involved really believe they have the opportunity to make a real difference and change our ways for the better, and, given the harsh reality of the state of our world, the necessity for these types of gatherings/conferences is increasingly crucial.

Check out the film here. Enjoy.
