Burberry's Story

Burberry have pulled out the stops with their latest feature, which looks more like a trailer for a feature film than an advert.

Starring Dom Gleeson, Sienna Miller, Lily James and directed by Academy Award-winning director Asif Kapadia (who won Best Documentary for Amy), the short film takes a look at Thomas Burberry’s life and where he came from. It’s fascinating to find out about the heritage of one of fashion’s most iconic designers, and brings a more human side to the brand. For example, did you know Burberry designed clothing for the soldiers during the war? Thought not.

The film is moving, dramatic, beautifully shot, interesting, and for any About Time fans, with Gleeson as the protagonist, it’s a must-watch. Check out the film here in what is an eye-opening and innovative piece of cinematography. Definitely worth a watch.
