Sing with McConaughey

Sing, sing, sing. Matthew McConaughey is back, and this time he is animated. From the creators of Minions and Despicable Me comes Sing, which will be released on December 21^st just in time for Christmas.

Based on X Factor-type talent shows, McConaughey plays a koala who has hit rock-bottom and whose last effort to succeed comes in the shape of a singing show for animals. Promising the winner global fame, animals from every stretch clamour to get involved such as a shy elephant with a roof-raising voice, a gorilla trying to escape his father’s life of crime, and an epically cool porcupine. Scarlet Johansson makes a guest-appearance in the film taking the role of this aptly sassy prickly lady.

In what sounds like it should be an absolute horror-show of a film comes a funny, sweet, dramatic and even hair-raising third trailer for this feature. It looks superb, and the addition of a rousing Eminem rap halfway through the trailer simply adds to this atmosphere of excitement and energy.
