Astronomyy's New EP

A bit of an unknown entity without a huge amount of material to his name, Astronomyy is a late-night, chilled, electronic act, with some similarities to The XX. He has been drip-feeding fans new singles for about three years, never releasing an album but creating an iconic, melodic sound for himself and his music.

Now, he has released a new EP entitled Rest in Paradise, building upon his old material and delivering more of his ambient, laid-back sound. Some of the singles in the EP were released late last year and there are a number of new releases; overall it’s an incredibly enjoyable listen and this guy definitely has the potential to do very big things in the music industry in the future. Here’s hoping an album is in the works. There’s a huge amount of emotion in his work and if you haven’t heard it before, get on it and listen, it’s immensely likeable.
