Lego Burgers

A throwback for the foodies out there.

Themed restaurants are all the rage these days, with pop-ups constantly appearing all over the world replicating the latest fad in creative, culinary ways. However, Brick Burger had a slightly different idea: instead of following the latest trend, why not throwback to people’s childhood to let them rediscover their youth?

So, they opted for Lego; the quintessential children’s toy. The omnipresent building block, part of pretty much anyone’s childhood memories. And, they decided to make food inspired by Lego bricks, and not just any food, the ultimate comfort food: the burger.

Using food colouring to effectively create all the different colours that would appear in a box of Lego and some ingenious food design, the chefs at Brick Burger have managed to create the aesthetically stupendous cuisine on show below. The buns are exceptionally fun and guaranteed to make you grin.
